and making sure that they are experienced and fully trained. Several
of our staff have been with us for many years. We can if necessary
provide English speaking staff

Cleaning
We are experienced in providing a whole range of cleaning services.
Apart from regular cleaning and dealing with client changeovers,
we carry out beginning and end of season deep cleans, clean up
after construction and restoration work, and extra cleaning when
required for emergencies and special occasions. We can launder
and replace all your linen, either using on-site washing facilities
or a commercial laundry. We can use cleaning equipment from the
house if suitable or alternatively supply our own.
We can also clean windows and external areas
on a regular basis.

Garden Maintenance
We are very aware that a tidy and attractive garden can be one
of the biggest “selling points” for any property.
We have a team of local gardeners who have many years’ experience
in planting and maintaining gardens in the area, the upkeep of
vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and olive groves, and the maintenance
of fences, gates and boundaries. We can provide advice on the
choice of plants, shrubs and trees for your garden, and maintain
them throughout the year. If required we can call on the knowledge
of horticulturists from The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew who
specialize in the flora of the area.

Pool Maintenance
A swimming pool is a very desirable addition to a property, particularly
if the property is available as holiday accommodation: but pools
can require a considerable amount of time consuming maintenance
all year round if they are to function properly. We can carry
out regular pool cleaning during the summer including dealing
with chemical treatments and plant repairs (we deal direct with
Italy’s largest supplier of pool products), and maintain
and protect your pool during the closed season.

Security Visits
All owners are justifiably concerned about the security and safety
of their property when they are not in residence. We are used
to carrying out regular visits out of season, opening up and inspecting
as required, contacting tradesmen to deal with emergencies, and
providing a key holding service to allow access by key utilities
and contractors.
Problems such as frozen pipe work, defective boilers, faulty guttering
and blocked fosse biologica’s are all too depressingly common.
We are available to take the responsibility and initiative to
provide an efficient emergency service.

Given the vast range and variety
of properties it is impossible for us to give precise quotations
without visiting the property. However, we are happy to talk to
owners and give them a guide price before an onsite inspection.
